Volunteer staff wanted for SUNZA ROCK FESTIVAL 2020（WORSHIP & LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE 2020）!
This festival will be a great opportunity for you to receive abundant blessings through the practice of serving and loving people. We are preparing special programs for the volunteer staffs so that you can enlarge your vessel and be able to serve God and people in a new way! Join us and let’s make this SUNZA ROCK FESTIVAL enjoyable together!

料金
PRICE

¥7,000

※学生料金はありません。また、部分参加の場合も一律料金となります。
※カンファンレンス参加費、2泊3日の宿泊、食事込みのプランとなっております。（朝食と13日終日は食事の提供はありません。）

※The price is flat rate. There are no discounts for students. And the price for partial participation is also flat rate.
※The price includes conference fee, accommodation, and meals. (Excluding all breakfast, and all meals on the 13th.)

参加条件
TERMS & CONDITIONS

□高校生以上（未成年の方は保護者の同意が必要です。応募フォームにご登録後、担当者より同意書をお送りします。）
□現在教会で奉仕をしている方
□これから教会で奉仕をしたいと願っている方
□所属教会の牧師先生より奉仕の許可をいただいている方

□Your age must be above 15 years old (including high school students)
□People under 20 years old must have agreement from your parents or person in charge.
□You either serve in your church or have the will to serve in the future.
□You must have your church pastor’s agreement to serve at the festival.

宿泊
ACCOMMODATION

□ボランティア・スタッフの方々は「浜名湖チャペル」もしくは「引佐チャペル」にお泊り頂けます。
□布団やお風呂などの設備もございます。
□当施設のご利用はオプションです。ご希望の方は、当施設以外のホテルでご宿泊いただいても構いませんがボランテイア参加費は変わりません。
□毎年、宿泊可能人数には限りがございます。早めの申し込みをお勧めします。

□We open the HAMANAKO CHAPEL and INASA CHAPEL for volunteer staffs who requests for accommodation.
□Futon and bath are equipped.
□You may choose to stay at the above facilities or at different hotels. Please note that the price will not change even if you choose to stay in other hotel.
□The number of guests that can stay is limited. We suggest to apply early.

注意事項
Important Notice

□今年は12日(水) – 14日(金)の期間中、交代でボランティアの奉仕をしていただきます。場合によっては参加できないセミナーもございます。
□ご家族やお友達とご一緒に参加したいという方でも、必ず別々でご応募下さい。活動内容は別々になる場合もございますので、ご了承ください。
□活動内容はご希望を踏まえた上で決定致しますが、ご希望に添えない場合もございますので、予めご了承下さい。
□担当者よりご連絡を差し上げる場合がございますので、予めご了承下さい。
□高校生の参加には保護者の同意が必要です。
□ご応募（ご登録）いただいた個人情報は、大会運営のためのボランティア業務に関する連絡、関連イベント案内、運営向上のための統計資料用調査協力依頼等にのみ利用します。
□大会運営に相応しくない動機や希望でご応募いただいた場合、スタッフ登録をお断りすることもございます。
□大会中に撮影した写真は大会運営のための資料や広報紙などに掲載させていただく場合もございます。

□You will serve in turns as a volunteer in 12th(Wed)-14th(Fri). Please note you may not be able to attend all seminars.
□If you are planning to apply as a group, please make your reregistration individually. Be aware that you may not be able to serve in the same position as your same group.
□Your volunteer positions will be decided based on your experiences, but please understand beforehand that we may not be able to meet your request.
□High school students must have agreements from their parents or person in charge.
□Personal information received will be used only for volunteer work related to the event management, related event information and request for survey cooperation.
□We may refuse staff registration if applied with motive or hope that is not suitable for the event management.
□Photos and videos taken during the festival may be posted on materials for the event management, public relations newspaper, etc.
